SUMMER STREETERS DAY CAMP, an SJJCC camp, is a unique camp experience where children grow and flourish in a safe, nurturing environment.
We offer fully air-conditioned facilities, indoor and outdoor interactive playgrounds, indoor heated pool, small camper-to-counselor ratio, flexible schedule options and before and after care available daily.
Campers enjoy a wide variety of activities each day, including sports, swimming, arts & crafts, dance, drama, music and off-site trips throughout the summer.
We are dedicated to providing a high-quality summer camp experience that keeps each child excited to come back year after year.

June 27-August 16, 2024 (camp closed July 4-5) Staff Hours:
8am-4pm, Mondays through Fridays This position is in Nassau County (Greenvale/East Hills), Long Island.

Qualifications:
Prior experience working with children is preferred but not required Must be an incoming High School Senior or older Desire to work with campers age 3-13 Possess patience, compassion, great listening and communication skills Good judgment, empathy, spirit and the ability to relate to children.
