Project Manager - CareConnect
Acts as a strategic andoperational management resource for health insurance projects.
1. Plans,organizes implements and evaluates strategic and operational projects including,but not limited to defining project goals, objectives, target initiatives,timelines, budgets, and design of project plan.
2. Partnerswith stakeholders to research and negotiate contract terms and conditions.
3. Managesvariety of strategic/operational initiatives such as, but not limited to researching/presentinginsurance products.
4. Analysisof company operations, in order to document and improve processes where needed.
5. Documentprocess flows, and transition to a support unit, coordinating training,testing, and any other tools necessary for this transition.
6. Coordinatesour Day 2 operations to strive for state of the art technical, economic, andoperational efficiencies.
7. Helpsto build & maintain PMO standards and methodologies, as well as puttingchange control parameters and QA methodologies behind PMO processes.
8. Managesvariety of strategic/operational initiatives such as, but not limited toresearching/presenting insurance products.
9. Performsrelated duties, as required.
ADAEssential Functions
Bachelor'sDegree in Business Administration, Public Health or related field, required.
Minimumthree (3) years directly related experience including contract negotiations andstrategic/operational project management, required.
